SABB the Saudi British Bank opened a new 'Bank of the Future' concept branch in Riyadh. This three-storey branch in the city’s banking centre premiers a series of digital displays including two LED curved banners, four videowalls and forty-eight iPad stations, with the intent of creating a memorable banking experience. I worked closely with SABB’s marketing team and creative agency to strategize the customer experience and digital innovation, overseeing the integration of queue management software, FX rates, social media and customer feedback databases.
